About me
I'm Fran McSweeney. I spent over twenty-five years in senior leadership in the charity sector — services, budgets, large teams — and I hold an MA in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA. I'm registered severely sight impaired, with partial vocal paralysis, so I know this territory from both sides: your disabled managers will talk to me candidly because I understand their world, and your leadership team will listen because I understand theirs.
